The recent ‘Handshake’ has provided a unique constitutional moment to revisit the 2010 Constitution. Do we need to amend the constitution and what are its wider implications? And if so what aspects do we need to revisit and IF necessary amend? It also provides opportunities to re-set the national agenda in rebuilding governance institutions in Kenya. The forum will bring together constitutional and governance experts to debate these important national issues.
